A unit ties a truck to its trailer, driver, fuel card and transponder over dated periods, so swaps and handoffs are recorded instead of overwritten.
Imported fuel and toll rows are matched to the right unit by card, transponder or truck. Only unmatched or ambiguous rows need a person.
Gallons by state for the quarter and an IFTA worksheet CSV from your fuel purchases. Miles by jurisdiction need continuous positions and are not included.
Track expirations for drivers, trucks, trailers and the company. Items expired or due within 30 days show up in Needs attention and the reminder digest.
Your fleet, one carrier at a time
Drivers, trucks, trailers and brokers belong to a single carrier. An organization with several carriers keeps each one’s roster, numbering and records separate, and moves a driver between carriers only through a guarded transfer.
Units
Units are the link between equipment, people and money. A unit’s history of trailers, fuel cards and transponders is dated, so a same-day handoff or a spare trailer on one load is recorded as it happened and settles to the right truck.
Fuel, tolls and expenses
- Fuel-card and toll files come in through the Import Center; hand-entered rows are supported too.
- Every row stores how it was matched: by card, by truck, as a mismatch, or unmatched.
- Matched rows flow into truck statements as reviewed charges.
- Tiles show the last 30 days of fuel, tolls and other expenses, plus gallons by state for the current quarter.
Compliance
The compliance list opens on what expires soonest. Filter by drivers, trucks, trailers or company, by due window, or by search. Renewing an item records the new expiry and stops its alerts at once; its history shows who renewed it and from which date to which. Deactivating a driver or truck stops its alerts; restoring it brings them back.
GlowTMS tracks the dates you enter or import. It does not file IFTA returns, UCR, IRP, Form 2290 or MCS-150 for you.
